Our Philosophy
We are convinced that children learn best in a happy, secure and stimulating environment and at Montys this is our priority.

Our learning through play philosophy and key worker system encourage children to feel happy safe and secure whilst developing lively enquiring minds and having lots of fun.

At Montys, we believe that healthy foods produce healthy, happy children. To help us achieve this we employ a nursery chef and two cooks who prepare all meals on the premises using the finest natural ingredients, many of which are organic and are sourced locally

Montys Nursery, for children aged from 3 months to 5 years, runs in a house which has been converted to provide a spacious and safe environment for children, whilst retaining a cosy, at home feeling.

Our second nursery, Montys@Marksbury, opened in December 2009 and operates from a lovely old scout hut just around the corner. Here we are registered for 30 children aged 2 to 5 years.

Both nurseries offer home cooked meals using fresh organic produce whenever possible and all children have access to secure, well equipped gardens.
